The Machina rear splash guard for the BMW R1200 GS and R1250 GS platform mounts directly to the swingarm retaining fixture and intercepts rear wheel spray before it reaches the pillion seat and your kit — keeping your passenger dry and your luggage cleaner on every wet road. Riding two-up or loaded with panniers in mixed conditions means your pillion and luggage take the full force of rear wheel spray; this guard is the fix.
Built from high-quality ABS plastic, the guard is purpose-shaped for this platform. A two-point bracket bolts to existing hardware — no drilling, no modification — and provides a solid, rattle-free fit through rough terrain. The profile is designed to clear the tyre and swingarm through full suspension travel.
One product covers both the standard GS and Adventure variants, and spans both the R1200 (2013–2018) and R1250 (2019–2024) generations. Compatible with most luggage and pannier systems. Designed and tested on Indian roads by MACHINA.
